Denise GulbransonDenise Gulbranson, Project Manager, lives in Park Rapids, Minnesota, where she is director and dance instructor at the Northland Studio of Dance. She was born in Chicago, Illinois. There she received her training in dance & musical theatre, performed locally with United Artists Dance Co., and taught
classes. She moved to Park Rapids in l989, where she has conducted dance classes, choreographed for local performances and recitals, and is an active member in various community organizations. The opportunity of using performing art as a catalyst to promote awareness of our environment sparked her interest in the ORM project, and she is very
excited to be a part of this endeavor.


Tracy Moroney, Dance Therapist, received a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Oklahoma. After her professional dance career, she obtained a Masters Degree in Dance/Movement Therapy from UCLA. She has 10 years of experience leading Dance/Movement and Creative Arts groups to patients at Glendale Adventist Medical Center and is currently the coordinator for the Psychiatric Institute’s Adjunctive Therapy Department. For the last 6 years, Tracy has taught Arts & Education at Mount St. Mary’s College to education students. Since 2000, Tracy has worked with the California Arts Project providing professional development and guidance to teachers helping them to constructively add “the Arts” to their day-to-day curriculum. Recently, Tracy has created and implemented movement exploration groups in the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center’s Therapy Pool. Tracy is honored and filled with joy to be part of the One River Mississippi project.
